I want you to love every skein of Lichen and Lace yarn you have in your knitting basket.   If for some reason something is not right please send an email to info@lichenandlace.com with your name, order number and the item you would like to exchange to get started on the process. 

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
